**In the event you haven't looked at any of the other information on this site and you just came straight to this page to see how to contact us, I need to save you some time by telling you that we don't do repairs on decks we didn't build. We only have one small crew and we stay booked up for months on full builds, so we don't do repairs and we don't paint/stain.
And if you know you need your deck built before we could get to it (4-6 months from when you first contact us), please don't waste my time & yours by having me come out anyway. My time is very limited and that is like stealing from my family and other clients.
I just wanted to save you some time and catch you before you started an email to us. We'd love to hear from you if it looks like we're the right fit!

It's just me.

No secretary. No call center.

Since I talk to SO many people each week I have to try to keep things in writing and all in one place or I'll lose track of it all.

If you call and I don't answer, you have to plan to call back (or leave a voicemail I may not hear). Just put the ball in my court by sending an email and then check that off the list so you can get back to what you were doing without stressing.

And I need your address and time to plan when I could get there based on the addresses of the other appointments I have. So if you do get me on the phone, I'm not going to be able to tell you the one thing you want to know anyway - which is when I could be there.

I promise you'll like this better than hearing me stutter around on the phone like I can't make a decision.


Once I email you back, you'll have my number and you can text or call. I just can't have my number listed here or Spam calls will make it so that I never get anything else done.

Since it is just me, I have a lot on my plate and I never stop moving. Sometimes it may take a minute for me to get back to you. 

BUT I WILL GET BACK TO YOU.

If you can't wait and have to move on, I certainly understand that. But if you can wait until I get back to you, you won't regret it!
